Really Serious Computer Virus That I have caught

Sorry if there is a forum dedicated to viruses, I'm really new to the forums.



So, to get things started off, I was playing a game of CS:GO and my computer decided to Alt+Tab and go into a web page that opened up 2 adfly pages. I'm not sure if these pages are linked to what just happened or not. Anyways, I was looking up some guitar tabs and a youtube video opened up and started playing. It was a video tutorial on how to get unbanned from Minecraft. I did not look this up. I did make a video using shadowplay and that will be up in about 20 minutes. I will post that once that is done uploading. I just want to know, is this a common virus? And is it easy to remove? How do I remove it?

And obviously this is worst-case scenario, but if you're really paranoid you could backup any data and do a fresh install of Windows.

p.s. what did you mean by "someone claiming they're from here took control of my computer and shut it down" ? from where? Was there some kind of message you received?

Ok, I'm installing it now. Should I do a Full Scan or a Quick Scan?

UPDATE: I did the Startup scan and it said no threats were found. I'm doing a full scan now.

Ok so someone claiming they're from here took control of my computer and shut it down
I canceled it and instantly went here. I seriously am really scared right now.

UPDATE: My friend told me that there was a fake Adobe update (that was hacked) and I had recently installed it. There is no guy taking control of my computer atm.

I went to uninstall adobe and a chat thing popped up and someone named "commander" started messing with my mouse and shut off my computer
The shutdown was interrupted from all of the applications that I had open and I clicked cancel and uninstalled adobe right away. He could obviously see my screen because he said that Tom's hardware was part of the illuminati (my skype picture in which was open at the time). He hasn't taken control over my computer so I think it's good now. that would suck if it wasn't though. I might reinstall Windows if the problem persists.

Wow, that's not cool! Do you have any computer-savvy friends that would be messing with you? That's almost what it sounds like. If they were hacking you, I don't think they'd be wasting time letting you know they're present and in control of your computer.

This is beyond me... good luck! run MWB anyway

I do but none of them would do something like this. I don't even think they KNOW how to do this. I'm sure it was just some 12 year old script-kiddie (a bad one at that). I'm pretty sure that's a federal crime, right?

So I guess I spoke too soon. Another tab opened up with a video on a VIP Path of Exile Hack made by the same guy, uploaded just minutes ago. I am doing a Windows Defender Scan right now so I will update if that catches anything.
