Really slow transfer spikes in HDD

Health says all ok tho, but i'm really worried about the slow transfer rate so i would like to know if its nearing the end of its life and i should back up some stuff

You're all good, your HDD is 5400RPM and SATA 3GB/s, and 60MB/s (or about 480Mb/s) is a good speed for it, nothing to worry. Spikes are normal.
