Did you upgrade from the HDD to the SSD? The reason I ask, is if the HDD has any part of the boot on it, it could be that the HDD is slow to spin up. Will the PC boot at all if the HDD is disconnected?

I just found out the faulty device for second time PC turn on. Its Xbox 360 controller wireless USB receiver. once I unplug the USB receiver from PC USB port, PC turns on at first attempt itself.

but previously Xbox 360 controller USB receiver was connected and this second time pc turn on issue was not there. May be the windows 10 update conflict ?

tried to re-install the Xbox receiver driver from device manager but windows 10 automatically installs the driver. still the same.

Any thoughts. how to fix this ?
