If you are on a budget i would recommend to you that you get you a i5 Haswell with some 1866 or 2133 ram and use the discrete graphics until you can save for a nice video card.

You can add a network card of your choice in there. You can either buy a USB or a PCIe one. Both of those will fit and work with your motherboard.
