Solution
ok, so that's about $700-$750 roughly(or so I think). You can go with this build here, i left a bit of you budget out because I have no clue what your tax and shipping fees in your country is:

$117.98 AMD FX-6300 3.5GHz 6-Core Processor
$34.98 Cooler Master Hyper 212 EVO 82.9 CFM Sleeve Bearing CPU Cooler
$89.99 Asus M5A97 R2.0 ATX AM3+ Motherboard
$89.98 G.Skill Ripjaws X Series 8GB (2 x 4GB) DDR3-1600 Memory
$209.99 Asus Radeon R9 270X 2GB DirectCU II Video Card
$57.99 Corsair 200R ATX Mid Tower Case
$69.99 Rosewill Hive 550W 80+ Bronze Semi-Modular Power Supply

Total: $670.90
You can add a network card of your choice in there. You can either buy a USB or a PCIe one. Both of those will fit and work with your motherboard.

Solution
Your build looks good, dont go overboard on your case at all. It's completely unnecessary.
