Question Really weird issue with GPU usage on a 1660ti - 7600k rig

Hey Folks!

I'm having a really strange issue with my GPU usage dropping frequently on many games.

I ran a benchmark on Heaven today and noticed consistent drops from around 98% to around 35% in my GPU usage that effected FPS. I also ran Kingdom Come: Deliverance and noticed my GPU usage would not break 40% and even more frequently dropped down to 0% which rendered the game unplayable.

If I could figure out how to use HTTP Images, I would post screenshots lol

Was thinking it could either be a Mobo or RAM issue as my GPU, CPU and PSU are all relatively new.

Removed a PUP file from my PC but no change to performance at all unfortunately
