Asos prime B550 has Realtec ALC887, the ROG Strix B550-F Gaming has SupremeFX S1220A audio codecs. Will there be any difference using Creative T100 speakers? Also what is the power consumption difference between the two boards?

Solution
Realtec produce several audio codecs so I am sure they are not all the same. What makes the SupremeFX better than the others and more expensive? Is it for gaming using headphones?
I should have asked about power consumption separately. I was referring to the whole motherboard, nothing to do with the audio.
CODEC chips themselves are all of pretty well same quality and produce same quality of digital to analog sound conversion. Most difference in analog sound quality is on MB itself, circuit around sound output, preamps and filters as well as protection from external and internal influence of electromagnetic interference. Other circuits may or may not include impedance sensing and so on.
Those are things to look for, not chip...
  1. Nobody’s going to know that
  2. Why is power consumption even a concern?
  3. All on board audio is basically the same

Those are things to look for, not chip itself and because of limited space on MB dedicated sound cards can give better sound quality as well as more options and adjustments.
As for power consumption difference between the two boards goes, there's negligible difference between all MBs. Most difference makes GPU and CPU, in that order. Those are main criteria for choosing PSU by power requirements.

Codecs are basically the same as mentioned above you are going to notice any difference in music quality from them. and again why do you care about the maximum power draw the motherboard at all?

For the best sound use a discrete sound card or a nice dac and amp
