Hey,

I recently bought a Realtek 8192 Wireless usb adapter, It came with a disk for the driver and I installed it but it didn't work. I tried everything from forcing the driver install to searching everywhere on the net but I coulnd't find anything. I hope someone could help me with this.

Since that is actually a chipset number I suspect you bought one of those cheap chinese devices. They have horrible or non existent support.

Your best hope is to try realtek site and download a generic driver for that chipset. Most times these work. Wait until you see how hard it is to get a driver for win10 This is why pay a few dollars more for a name brand device can make things easier.

Could be, I got it to "work" with a 8187 driver and the wifi logo shows up next to the clock but I can't see any networks. I'll search more and see if I can find anything else, or I'll just have to buy a proper one.
