Realtek audio driver issue plz fix

Im trying to instal audio driver but i can't instal the driver in other device audio driver shows when i click ans update automatically its shows error or choose file from system its shows same error.

I used driver ease and scan and download driver when downloading completes click update its also shows a error message...

Plz guyz help me plz....

Dont use 3rd party programs. Go to the mobo site and get the drivers
