[SOLVED] Realtek audio driver not installing on gigabyte auros elite

Dear all , i build a new pc with ryzen7 3700x and gigabyte x570 auros elite... i am trying to install realtek audio driver but it is not installing and giving me a error. https://prnt.sc/pma4g5
I can see the that amd audio is installed https://prnt.sc/pma5r3
My computer hangs for few 1-2 secs when i lose audio in between. What should i do.

Ryzen7 3700X has no processor graphics. The entries in your device manager look to be HDMI audio out from an AMD graphics card.

You can manage multiple audio devices from the Windows Control Panel>Sound. You can only use one at a time. I suggest plugging some speakers into the motherboard output and changing your default audio device to that.
