[SOLVED] Realtek Audio Driver Problem

Hello, just a few hours ago, I seem to have experienced a problem with my Realtek Audio Drivers with it sounding bad. I usually fix this by just going to Device Manager and "re-updating" it to Realtek HD and fixes it.
However, today it seems that doesn't seem to be working. Usually, when I do the update, the speakers turn off and it prompts me to restart, and after restarting the speakers re-enable.
However, this time - when I update, the speakers disable and a second after the prompt appears - my speakers immediately re-enable again.

My Realtek Folder seems to be missing as well (not on Program Files, there's a few Realtek Folders scattered around but it doesn't contain the same files as the one that's supposed to be on Program Files).

Does anyone know a fix for this? According to the Console, I'm using Realtek Version 6.0.1.8639 and I'm using an ASUS Laptop with a FX505 Model.
I tried reinstalling the drivers but doing so makes it incompatible for Realtek Audio Console which is something I kind of need for its enhancements.

I haven't done any updates within the past few days and the only thing in my Programs and Features is my Realtek Audio Console. I'll check the thread out and try to see if it works.

Ah, alright. I'll give it a try I suppose. By the way, since the Realtek (other than the audio console) is non-existent in the Programs and Files thingy, do I just uninstall the driver itself from the Device Manager?

I uninstalled and reinstalled Realtek HD and it didn't seem to do anything. The other way I can think of that can fix this bad audio is disabling audio enhancements but the Enhancement Tab is non existent except on the HD Audio Drivers which isn't Realtek. Do you know any way to force Realtek to turn off enhancements without the Enhancements Tab since updating it via Device Manager, reinstalling, etc doesn't bring it back.

I'm temporarily using HD Audio Driver from Microsoft until I find a fix for this. Only reason I don't want to use HD Audio Driver is that because every time I unplug it while an app i.e a game is playing sound and then I plug it back in, you need to restart the application for the audio to start working again. Also, the HD Audio Driver is named Realtek (R) for some reason even when I check the properties it's under Microsoft.

It's fine, I'll try to reinstall the audio drivers again later with the link you gave. I probably just installed it incorrectly or something or these drivers are just straight up bad. Either way, thanks for the help.
