it should take 2 minutes max... its just a driver update and maybe the HD Audio manager. how long has yours been going as any longer means its not doing a lot.
Have a look in task manager and see if the program is doing anything there, how much ram or CPU is it on? any activity?

It has been going on for about on hour or so. Task manager shows it does nothing! So I ended it in task manager. Sound was gone for a moment. then I uninstall Realtek HD Audio. when I restarted my computer, I found out the sound is back to my laptop and Realtek HD Audio is updated.
It is strange.

Sometimes issues like that can indicate deeper issues, so keep an eye on things. If things freeze, or become much slower there may be an issue like a failing HDD/SSD, or software corruption.
