[SOLVED] Realtek audio has stopped working after new windows update it seems

I've spent a good 2 hours trying to fix my audio. My headset isnt being shown in the audio manager so I cant hear any audio. It was working perfectly fine last night. I have tried reinstalling the audio drivers a few times, I checked and its not an issue with the headset. I tried using the back ports as well.

Im using a Razer Kraken X

My PC specs are:

Intel(R) Core(TM) i5-9400F CPU @ 2.90GHz

Video Card
NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1660

RAM
16 GB

Operating System
Windows 10

Try reinstalling Windows and connecting different audio device. If still no go, an option would be adding a sound card/

Verify that your default audio device has not become 'hd audio' from the nvidia card. I've had windows change the default to my video card a number of times

How do I reinstall windows? I have front and back audio jacks, the problem is the software, realtek doesnt even open now and I've uninstalled and reinstalled it as well as updating drivers.
