Realtek Audio Headphone jack no detection stopped

Hello,

I've got a dell latitude E7440 with windows 10 Build 1803, the headphones are not detected anymore I've tried:

Uninstalling realtek drivers "Headphones worked until restarted"
used Dell original audio driver for windows 10/8.1/7 no luck
tried Dell audio update for windows 10 creators update "no luck"
tried registry Pin Configuration only worked for brief time with windows default driver.

with I've tried to disable detection with all versions nothing worked.

Maybe it's time for a USB sound card. I use SB Xfi Go Pro. But there are much cheaper options out there.
