Realtek Audio Manager Missing

Hello. Long time lurker but this is the first time I've not been able to find an answer to my problem in another thread.

I bought some 5.1 speakers and they work on the test. However they do not work with anything else. I have gone through every trouble shooting (from several forums) step except for using the realtek audio manager to turn on surround capability.

The problem is the audio manager is completely missing from my system. Not only is is missing, it refuses to come back. I have updated drivers, downgraded drivers, used drivers from windows, used drivers from the manufacturer (which ironically completely crash audio on the motherboard). None of these work. I've used the .cab file from windows as well. I am at a total loss on anymore steps to try. Any help would be appreciated.

I don't know if it helps but my motherboard is an MSI Z370-A PRO.

Thank you!

Yes. I went in and disabled that exact setting. Went back to windows and uninstalled the driver. Then went back and enabled the audio and reinstalled. I think the issue may be windows or my motherboard automatically downloaded a new audio driver when I enabled audio again.
