Realtek audio problems gigabyte

Audio issue GA-G67X-UD3-B3 motherboard. I acn get the Sound working for a while then it stop again mysteriously. Usually after the PC has rebooted after an update. Tried reloaded both Audio (krealtexk 2.67, 2.68, 2.70)and Video drivers(Asus 5450 silent card)...no luck..this is rather annoying! Oh yeah and the dula screens flicker too but they've done that since the upgrade so I live with it.
