problem : one side of the speaker is louder than the other. LEFT louder than RIGHT
if i reduce balance for left, it will balance but my max volume is barely hearable.

speaker : kanto yu5
computer : windows 10
driver : realtek audio

tested :
speaker cable ( no issue )
optical cable ( no issue )
speakers itself ( no issue )
reinstall driver (doesnt work)

ultimate test : when i use my iphone to connect as bluetooth and plays music its balanced and loud
suspecting that its a driver issue or some software issue.

can someone please help me im starting to feel like its hopeless

Solution
im using an optical cable. i replaced it with a new one i just bought and same issue too... im highly suspecting its software but i dont know what

Did you contact support for the speakers? When there is an issue with something, the people that made the product are a good start to check on it.

Bluetooth goes through it's own link, nothing to do with the 3.5 mm connection link. You need to test it with the cable on another device.
