Question realtek audio uninstall loop

I've deleted the old version of realtek manually like the site recommends and it's still not working please help!

I ran into this on a user's computer I was supporting, I even had it bookmarked:

Realtek Audio Driver Install Loop

Issue: Attempting to install Realtek Audio Drivers for Windows 10 leads to an endless uninstall/install loop. This happens with Realtek audio drivers from

www.gfisk.com

Just do the uninstall solution first.

Thank you it installed! but the whole reason I wanted to download it was to get the enhancement tab on my mic's properties page. You wouldn't happen to know how to get that would you. I'm just trying to get the static out of my mic but every video I find showing how to do that says you need that enhancement tab which even after installing this hasn't appeared.
