Question Realtek digital hd output no sound

Hi, I have an asus x570 prime motherboard and recently I install a second sound card the sound blaster audigy whe I connect my desktop speakers to the motherboard speakers I don’t have sound Bt I see from the control panel the leds of the Realtek to move. Whemn I connect the speakers to the sound blasteri have sound. I tried to reinstall the drivers without success. I also put as default the Realtek sound card before to install the sounblast I had sound from the Realtek. Any help?

If you're working with a discrete sound card on your platform, the onboard will either be disabled automatically or you will need to disable the sound card(Realtek audio) within BIOS. Then uninstall the drivers meant for the Realtek audio codec. After that you should install your discrete sound cards drivers.

Might it be possible to parse a link to the Creative sound card you're working with?

so I have to uninstall the discrete sound card and the drivers and also the onboard one and after to reinstall? The onboard when I go to sound panel seems to working but doesn’t come sound from the speakers. I bought the sound blaster to connect the buttkicker gamer 2.
