Realtek Driver unistalled, 90% of applications won't start.

Hey there, so the sound quality in some of the games I was playing(Overwatch) was cutting out and in cutscenes in Battlefield 4 campaign was non-existant. So I thought I'd repair the drivers to see if that was the problem, I thought I could just open up the setup for the driver and have it either repair or uninstall and re-install. So it loaded and prompted me to restart, when I went back on the driver was gone and 90% of the applications(including the setup to reinstall realtek) gave me this "The application was unable to start correctly (0xc00000e5)."

Seems I can just system reset and keep files and it fixed it d'oh
