Question Realtek drivers not working after hard drive change

I got a replaced my old HDD hard drive with a new SSD hard drive. Shortly after I did that, all my Realtek drivers, such as the Ethernet and audio drivers, stopped working. They just don't do anything.

Did you clone Windows from the HDD to the new SSD? Or, did you perform a clean installation of Windows onto the new SSD?

I Cloned Windows.

Does Device Manager "see" the devices at all? Did you change any settings in your BIOS when you installed the SSD?

I did not change any setting in the BIOS, and the drivers are still shown in the device manager.

Try disabling and re-enabling in Device Manager (right click on item).
