Question realtek ethernet not showing on device manager

i swapped my old motherboard with a Gigabyte 78LMT-USB3 and i installed all drivers but the internet will not work and the realtek ethernet port will not show on device manager

Anytime you swap motherboards you need to do a clean OS install. Just attempting to install drivers is usually not sufficient.
