Realtek HD Audio 50% CPU Usage

So I am having this problem for about a month now.
Realtek HD Audio Randomly starts and uses the 47% of my CPU
(I have 4x Intel core i5-4590 at 3.30 GHZ)
When I stop it it does not turn of my sounds :/
Then I uninstalled it to see what happens then i had no sound ... intresting
So I reinstalled it And Its doing that again
ITS REALLY ANNOYING ESPECIALLY FOR A GAMES I play a game on max settings 200 fps
and it randomly turns on and i have 20 fps on low graphics :/

Does SB know when will this get fixed ? Because Realtek HD Audio <language edit> up something because this is not my fault because I even reinstalled it so its not that its outdated or something.

2| If you're on Windows 10, does the issue come about even when you're in idle after powering up your machine?

3| It's possible that you're undergoing memory leak(an issue apparent on Windows 10 system's). A repair install should fix the issue.
