(Sorry for terrible english.) I tried to install realtek hda drivers on my pc, but they does not work, so I haven't any sound on my computer. I've tried to install drivers from my mobo (MSI B350 PC MATE) manufacturer site and from Realtek official site, but both of them aren't work. Installation seems that it works normally, but in C:/Program Files (x86)/realtek/Audio/Drivers folder I haven't any Realtek Hd Manager, or some executables of it. There I have only RtlUpd64.exe and USetup.iss (I've tried to execute the first one many times). In Device Manager I have only "Device with High Definition Audio support" and "High Definition Audio Device (Optix G24C)" (It's my monitor connected with DP, and it does not have any audio).
There are MSI B350 PC MATE with Realtek ALC892 audio and Windows 10 Pro Insider Preview Fall Creators update build 17063.rs_prerelease.171213-1610 official microsoft iso clean installed.

you mustve installed the wrong realtek driver the first time.
can you try opening your Device Manager. go to your sounds driver. uninstall and delete the realtek sound driver. restart. if there isnt any then ignore this.
try again the driver you downloaded from the MSI site. make sure you chose the correct windows version for your driver. also try re-installing your chipset driver as well before installing the sound driver. restart.

Thanks, I've tried to do this and now there are another problem. Now I can see Realtek in Program Files (not x86), and there are some executables of Realtek HDA Manager, but there aren't any Realtek Audio in Device Manager, only Device with High Definition Audio support and High Definition Audio Device (Optix G24C). So my PC still doesn't react to my 3.5 jack headphones in any port (front ports too).
P.S. Realtek High Definition Audio Manager doesn't work too.
P.P.S. I'm sure that problem isn't in my headphones or ports.
