Realtek HD Audio Driver : Only RIGHT Headphone working

I just get sound from RIGHT Headphone the other one doesn't get sound yesterday it was working all full.I don't know if its a bug or something help please! Thank you for reading

First troubleshooting step is you must eliminate the possibility of it being faulty headphones, either by trying them on another PC or trying some different headphones on your PC.
