Realtek HD Audio Input selector utility

I purchased a SSD for OS, I installed everything and can only get stereo in windows 10 on the new install on SSD. On HDD, everything is configured properly and get 5.1. When I try to re-install the audio driver even from Dell website, it Fails. I tried uninstalling it, reinstalling it, nothing works and I am at loss of options. Please help

Yeah, that realtek link just goes around in circles
