Realtek HD Audio Manager Problems?

A friend of mine has a Laptop she purchased from a old friend and with this said Laptop she bought a Headset in which wasn't working so i tried to fix it to see everything say she said "Realtek HD Audio" and on my Personal PC i also have it saying "Realtek HD Audio" on everything however under my Control panel i have a "Realtek HD Audio Manager
" and i can't seem to find this NO WHERES on her PC only thing i find that is close is a DTS Control panel..... Should the manager be visible if it has "Realtek HD Drivers" installed? or is the manager not always there?

Looked around on many Forums and other things about where i could find it and it is 100% not on the PC

Realtek HD Audio Manager comes with the complete driver package from Realtek. I suggest to go to here to download the latest driver:

After that, remove the old driver, and install the new driver and test it again.
