Question Realtek HD Audio nowhere to be found

Loaded into my PC a few days ago, and had no audio. Instead of my usual audio device, it showed Steam Streaming Speakers. When I went to check device manager, the Realtek driver was no where to be found. After attempting to install it, I still don't have it after I restart my PC. My motherboard is an MSI h310m gaming plus. I tried hard resetting my PC, to no avail, still it only showed the steam streaming speakers. I uninstalled the steam streaming speakers, and still I have no audio. The manager is also gone, and there's no response when I plug my headphones or mic into my PC.

When you say "Loaded into my PC a few days ago, and had no audio. " does this actually mean "I looked into Device Manager a few days ago and I found I had no audio device"?
