Question Realtek HD audio wont let me use headset and mic

Hello there

I recently built a new PC and have been having problems with my headset. Whenever I plug it in it only lets me use audio or the mic on my headset as seen below, does anyone know how to select both, or a way to fix this?

Even changing the (dot) to . doesn't help me see the issue......
