Go to Dell support website and enter your system tag number to get drivers and updates for your system.
Download and update your BIOS to the latest version.
If the issue remains, go back Dell support website, enter your system tag number to and download the latest Realtek HD drivers but don't install it yet.
Disconnect from the internet.
Go to Device manger, right-click the Realtek HD device and click uninstall, select 'Delete the driver software for this device'.
Run the Realtek drivers you got from Dell website and install it.
Connect back to the Internet.
