Realtek HD Manager not showing in Control Panel

I downloaded the latest Realtek drivers, but the HD manager does not show in control panel. Nor in System Tray.

All Programs indicates the Realtek HD Audio is installed (but under Device Manager, it just says "High Definition Audio", & lists it twice. Not sure that really means anything).

I have sound, but like the problem HD Manager does not show in Control Panel. I downloaded the drivers from many different sites, and all the same results.

My motherboard: GIGABYTE GA-78LMT-USB3. Windows 7 64bit. I tried looking in BIOS for anything but found nothing that might help.

I want the HD Manager so I can set up Stereo Mix (which isn't in Sounds under the recording tab like it should. and yes, I have disabled/disconnected devices clicked).

Any ideas?
