Realtek menager dont work with my device

So, i'm experiencing a bug. My headphone is an HyperX cloud 2 and i can hear and talk with it as usual, but on the RT audio hd manager, it just doesn't appear as i have connected it. It's more likely to behave as something have been connected (the device list is refreshed), but doesn't recognize it.

Are you using USB or 3.5mm connection? If USB I don't think the realtek software will pick it up since the USB connection creates it's own audio device outside of the Realtek drivers and connections.
