[SOLVED] Realtek network adapter is constantly disconnecting ?

Device: ASUS TUF Gaming 505DT Laptop
Network adapter: Realtek 8821CE
Duration: Happened occasionally for a period of 2-3 months but - since the past week - happens multiple times a day. Only resolved by constantly restarting the laptop.
Solutions attempted: Every step here

I've also tried connecting to multiple different connections and the same issue happens. It disconnects from the internet and doesn't detect any present connections at all. Troubleshooting recommends restarting the laptop which works for a period of time but the issue returns.

Bring up the adapters Properties from Device Manager, uncheck the "Allow the Computer to turn off this devices" on the Power Management tab and see if that helps.
