Question Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller network card not staying powered up for wol

HI all,
my Ethernet port has gone out on my MSI MPG X570 GAMING PRO CARBON WIFI Motherboard so it has been replaced with Realtek PCIe GbE Family Controller network card I cannot get the wake on land work
if I shutdown the PC both lights on the Ethernet card go out no matter what I have tried the settings in windows thanks for any ideas on what I settings I may be able to change to get this to work

It will not be a windows setting this is a bios thing that microsoft unfortunately has decided to mess with.
Not sure how you set this up in your bios. You might have to disable the feature on the motherboard card that does not work.
I would also think the bios need to be told to keep the new card powered on.
