after updating driver software wifi adapter automatically disabled then i have to re enable it. enabling last about 2 minutes! i have rollback the driver software then it works correctly.how to use newest drivers without issues!
windows 10 64 bit

This is a very common problem in Windows 10. Microsoft recommends resinstalling the driver and running the Network Troubleshooter. There is also a Fixit available that sometimes help:

I would also go in to CP>Power Options>Power Plan>Change advanced options and set the the wireless adapter to maximum performance. One last thing is to go to Device Manager>Network Adapters>right click your adapter and select Properties. Under Power Management, uncheck the box allowing the OS to turn off this device to save power.
