Parallels Ethernet Adapter. Maybe i am downloading wrong drivers. Please give me some links where i can download right driver. OS windows 7 64 bit or help me fix this .

Solution
Realtek only has support for that NIC up to windows XP. There are no windows 7 drivers on their website. The most current driver can be found at the following link. If you scroll down half the page you'll find your device. That must be a fairly old system you're working on and if you can post the motherboard model number I might be able to find a newer driver based on that, but it's improbable.

Your two best options may be to try running the xp drivers, which I believe you probably have and it didn't work, or to just go buy a USB or PCIe Ethernet adapter and use that.
