It shows me that nic is still alive and i tried methods on internet like reseat the ram and battery and let it out for 30 min or 5 hours . I tried to install the driver for nic but it said that "realtek network controller hasn't been found if deep sleep is enabled please plug the cable" . I've enabled onboard lan on uefi . I've reinstalled windows 10 . i've tried to update other drivers and see if it recognized my nic . My lan port doesn't glow orange or green like it was supposed . Before it worked but now after i moved my pc to other room it doesn't work anymore

Can you make a partslist of the pc like,

download hwinfo32,
install and open it,
click "run"
close the top window which is the system summary,
at the left top click "save report",
in the next window check "short text report" and click next,
you'll get a full system specs, copy that by clicking "copy to clipboard" and right click+paste in you next answer.
Maybe also upload a picture of the device manager,

Can use Imgur to post a picture here, use the "img" link.
Click "new post" ->choose "upload images" -> "browse" ->choose the picture and click "open" ->put cursor on the picture that you uploaded->choose "share links" and copy the img link, paste it in your next post.
