Have you checked if it still shows up in device manager?
Check if you have any windows updates, then try reinstalling the driver and restarting your PC. If this doesn't work then you may need to reset windows.

No I’m up to date, I already tried to install the driver from gigabyte but it didn’t work. Do I really have to reset my PC I have a lot of things in it?

it doesn’t work, it’s a 32 bit driver it’s not supported
Ok, try the windows 10 repair tool (reimage) and if that doesn't work you could also try contacting support.

I mean good luck, if they don't assist you then reinstall windows, you'll be taken to a page with all the applications that were uninstalled after the reset so you'll be able to easily download your programs back.
