Realtek update sends all low noises to subwoofer output

I've recently updated my Realtek drivers, and after the installation was done all low frequency noises were being pushed through the subwoofer channel, help me please 🙁

Double click the Realtek icon in the taskbar and change the setup according to your speaker config (2.0, 2.1, 5.1 or whatever it is)

Ive done that already, but that hasnt changed since the update
