Realtek USB audio

I have a problem with my USB audio headset. I'm trying to stream videos from my computer to justin.tv but I can't get any output sound. Before I enabled the stereo mix and it would work but now with usb. Also the realek HD Audio Manger does not detect my headset.

its very probable that you dont have the USB drivers installed, so thats why it doesnt read you have the headset plugged in...

also it could be that you dont have the USB internal cable connected to the motherboard USB ports...are you using laptop or desktop?

I'm using a desktop, and what USB drivers would I get?
