RealTemp core LOG

I was just playing for a few hours and my CPU was around 70-75 degrees and then suddenly my screen flashes and game freezes for couple of seconds and i check my CPU temperatures from my other monitor and the temperatures were around 93-95 degrees and i left the game but now i can see LOG in my thermal status, should i be worried?

Specs? Those CPU temps are WAY too hot, dust out your computer and re-apply thermal compound. it's thermal throttling.
