I have a notebook laptop with i5-2520M (2.50 ghz)and i tried the XS Bench. When i am arleady in a game it says are 99.78 x 24 but when i am on idle (youtube, browsing etc) and i do the test it says 99.78 x 25. What should mean that ?

When you're using the iGPU heavily, your chip is throttling back the CPU clocks a hair to give the iGPU enough power. Mobile chips are power limited, and often you can't run both CPU and iGPU at full speed at the same time.
