Question Reapplied thermal paste on gpu, now pc doesnt post.

Helo,
I opened the GPU and reapplied thermal paste. I powered up the PC but It doesnt post. I tried using an other graphics card and It does post.

Some of my pc componentes are:
Ryzen 5 2600
Asus tuf gaming b450m
Nvidia gtx 770 EVGA

CoolerMaster IC value v1 thermal paste
I will open It again tomorrow but i am pretty sure i didnt tear any thermal pad

Well, that paste doesn't appear to be electrically conductive... you secured the fan power connector?
No scratches on the PCB? Knock anything loose?

I opened It again yet i cant find any scratches ir anything.

This gpu was working before you started this project?

It's fully seated in the PCIE slot? External power connections are secured?

Does the gpu get power at all - LEDs light up? Fans spin up during POST?

The only other thing I can think of is a bad paste application; you used too much, or too little.
