Reapply paste? Heatsink slid slightly during install

I just finished installing a Scythe Mugen 4.

I applied the thermal paste and mated the heatsink to the cpu. But during the final securing stages the whole heatsink unit moved around a little bit. It never moved vertically, only horizontally.

I know that if they had stopped contacting each other then I would want to clean off, and reapply paste to get rid of any air bubbles. But what about this type of sliding, horizontal movement? I can't seem to find any information on this. Also, I don't plan on doing any extreme overclocking, if that's relevant.

I appreciate any advice, thanks.

Yea I'd have to agree with this. I've installed a Noctua DH 14 which was heavy and it slid on a cpu before and everything turned out fine. Use HWMonitor, Aida64 or some other app to monitor your temps and you are good.
