Question Rear Fan not working

well..as the title says it..my rear fan is not working..so i though i had a problem with the CPU temp..so i downloaded SpeedFan and tried to use it to modify the speed of the fans..and then i noticed that my rear fan is not working anymore?i tried different things like restarting the PC or resetting the motherboard settings (loading default settings)and still is not working?so i am curious if anyone could help me i will appreciate that so much as i really don't know what should i do now..

well i suspect that too..but did it fail because of SpeedFan??like trying to increase its speed?even tho i changed the front fan speed only..is there any other solutions or things i can do?atleast a diagnostic tool to make sure that it is broken?

I would look at it to see if it is spinning or not. Make sure the wire connecting it to the motherboard has not come loose or whatnot, that it is plugged into a fan header. If it is as old as the CPU then it's not a stretch to think it failed after 7 odd years

already tried that but still not working..it is just weird that it suddenly went off while i was testing SpeedFan like what exactly happened to break it down..btw this is a pic of it..can you please tell me a replacement or an alternative of it?and btw is that liquid cooling?

yeah..w/e i managed to get it working..actually it worked by it-self after i went to sleep and woke up today..i will keep an eye on it and the cpu temp..
