Rear fan recommendation

Since I've gotten into gaming recently, I've noticed the rear fan has increasingly gotten noisier under moderate load. I notice it mainly when playing H1Z1 and it sounds like your typical laptop fan when it's under heavy load. Is there any recommendations to get it quieter or possible fans out there which can handle heavier load?

Case: NZXT H440 (using all stock fans)

Thanks!

What's your budget limit for a fan? They can get pretty pricey.
I would say ML series fans as they're super quiet (I have some and they're stupid quiet, as in I max them but they I can't really hear them at all)
If you're not looking for super high airflow rates and want quiet, go with that, but it's upwards of $30 a fan. If you absolutely need airflow, there's other options that could be quiet to. I can just outright attest to how quiet these things are though.

Well, to directly address your concern, if it's that one fan and you want quiet with performance, and you're willing to part with $25 for much better silence (I don't hear mine hardly, even close at max), go for it.

Someone else will come along and suggest other fans that will also work for low noise output. Just pick what you like the most and stick with it.

Thank you for your recommendations. I ran across this fan yesterday and I am actually quite pleased with the reviews and by the sounds of it, it's well worth the $25. I may end up going with 2 and sticking one on the 212 EVO unless that's pointless to do.

No it's a hybrid fan (meaning it works equally for AF or SP, but not specialized). In that case get a two pack, it makes them substantially cheaper.

I've replied twice, as you sent a message in and I replied to that, but you've since deleted it. No big deal.
