Rear left, right and center speakers not working - external sound card 5.1

Hello

I have an HP ENVY m6-1154sp and I also have a Creative® Inspire M5300 - 5.1 Channel Speaker System, so I baught a 7.1 External USB Sound Card (sweex) to be able to use them on the laptop.

In the beginning it worked just fine, but now, for some reason, the rear and center speakers dont work and I don't know what else to do...

I can in fact make those 3 work if I rotate the defaut position (print number 2) and it uses the actual rear speakers or center as the front left or right. The point is, I can only make 2 of them work together.

I've had problems with one or two of my 5.1 speakers not working in the past. It each case it was the software driver causing the problem. I simply uninstalled the driver... rebooted and reinstalled again and the problem went away.

IIn my case that doesn't work, I've done quite a few times, I did format the laptop and install everything again and still nothing
