Rearm maximum use exceeded

I was having a problem while I was using slmgr -rearm but it don't work and shows error that I have exceeded maximum use of rearms how to fix it

well i searched on net for help and they said to do someting with HKCEY LOCAL MACHINE in regedit tried that too but it didn't work now what should i do??
