reasonable mobo with good onboard sound card

I'll be upgrading to a new system next week. My setup would be :

1.AMD FX 8320
2.GB 970a-ds3
3.Corsair CX 430v2
4.CM k281
5.WD blue 1tb

Well,I will be doing occasional gaming ( amd 6670 gddr5) but mostly cpu intensive tasks like rendering and audio recording .My budget is limited ,to a total of 30k indian Rupees. Any suggestions to improve on the above list for a better bargain? I can shell out some more if any other mobo has a better onboard sound card since I wont be going for a pci card. Also if I had to choose alternatives ,then what?

If it is at all possible to get a 970a-ud3 or ud3p, get that instead. They are better boards.
