Reasonable upgrade for Athlon x2 215?

Im want to replace/upgrade my mothers cpu.. she has a lenovo m3a760m v1.01 motherboard.

it has bent pins and i was wondering what it could handle? if a cpu cooler is needed thats fine but no gaming just looking for boost, ssd/ram im sure would help but ya. lol

which of these could the motherboard/psu handle?

looks like max TDP is 140w

i was thinking phenom ii x4 line, maybe 965 or lower??
