What do I REALLY need for gaming (high resolution game, 4K 30" monitor with high refresh rate)? I like Nvidia. My budget is $1200 +/- 200 Is that a realistic price range?

What are your full specs, including the mfg. and model of your power supply? Also, what FPS is your 4K display?
